International Women’s Day (IWD), celebrated annually on March 8th, is a global event dedicated to honouring the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. It also serves as a powerful call to action for accelerating gender equality worldwide. This year, ECC an SME specialising in Power Platforms and Dynamics technology, proudly joins the celebration, emphasising the importance of women’s contributions to the tech industry.

This year the theme for International Women’s Day is #AccelerateAction, this theme is encouraging all individuals, organisations and government to take some steps towards gender inequalities. ECC is joining in by raising awareness on gender inequality internally and externally via our STEM series on Linked In and on our website. We support women led start-up’s, to increase our diverse pool of partners and networks. ECC also gets involved in several events throughout the year which support women in technology, sharing our experiences as well as learning from others.
As part of our commitment to gender equality, ECC has implemented initiatives to support and empower women in technology. We offer training and development opportunities to support women improve their skills and advance their careers within technology industry. ECC also offer an inclusive workplace policy which promotes work-life balance, equal pay and supportive work environment for all our employees.
